About ICAR
The Indian Council of Agricultural Research which is the apex body for coordinating, guiding, and managing analysis and training in agriculture in the whole nation below the aegis of DARE, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. Dr Himanshu Pathak is the new Secretary DARE and Director General of ICAR.
