Only applications submitted on or after 25.02.2021 will have to apply the fee waiver as per the amendment in the rules.
Applications submitted before 25.02.2021 need not be allowed to withdraw and submit a new application.
The area in the village records of the application suit should be taken into account.
Free change of type under SRO 369/2021 is to be allowed only for the application suit standing as land with area not exceeding 25 cents as on 30.12.2017.
Application for land under different basis under same survey number or not as on 30.12.2017 in the name of same profession may be considered as single application or separate applications. But no free allowance shall be allowed on the total area exceeding 25 cents. Also, an affidavit to the effect that the total area allowed for free characterization as above does not exceed 25 cents should also be written along with the application.
Baling: Where up to 50 cents, in applications relating to character of land, as currently provided in the Rules. In addition to the rules, in Form 6, Form 7-le application may be accepted where 50 cents are in excess.

25,02,2021-നോ അതിനു ശേഷമോ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട അപേക്ഷകളില്‍ മാത്രം ചട്ടത്തില്‍ വരുത്തിയ ഭേദഗതി പ്രകാരമുള്ള ഫീസിളവ്‌ ബാധകമാക്കിയാല്‍ മതി.
25.02.2021-ന5്‌ മുമ്പ്‌ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷകള്‍ പിന്‍വലിച്ചു പുതിയ അപേക്ഷ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കാന്‍ അനുവദിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല.
അപേക്ഷാ വസ്ത്ര സംബന്ധിച്ച വില്ലേജ്‌ രേഖകളിലുള്ള വിസ്തിര്‍ണ്ണമാണ്‌ കണക്കിലെടുക്കേണ്ടത്‌.
30.12.2017-ന്‌ 25 സെന്റില്‍ അധികരിക്കാതെ വിസ്തീര്‍ണ്ണമുള്ള ഭൂമിയായി നിലകൊള്ളുന്ന അപേക്ഷാ വസ്ത്രവിന്‌ മാത്രമേ, SRO 369/2021-ന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള സൌജന്യ തരം മാറ്റം അനുവദിക്കേണ്ടതുള്ളൂ.
ഒരേ വൃക്തിയുടെ പേരില്‍ 30.12.2017 തീയതി പ്രകാരം ഒരേ സര്‍വ്വേ നമ്പറിലായോ അല്ലാതെയോ ഒന്നായി കിടക്കുന്ന വ്യത്യസ്ത ആധാരപ്രകാരമുള്ള ഭൂമികള്‍ക്കായുള്ള അപേക്ഷ ഒറ്റ അപേക്ഷയായോ പ്രത്യേക അപേക്ഷകളായോ പരിഗണിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്‌. എന്നാല്‍ ആകെ വിസ്തീര്‍ണ്ണം 25 സെന്റില്‍ അധികരിക്കുന്ന സംഗതികളില്‍ സജജന്യം അനുവദിക്കാവുന്നതല്ല. കൂടാതെ മേല്‍പ്രകാരം സൗജന്യമായി നിരക്കില്‍ സ്വഭാവവ്ൃതിയാനത്തിനു അനുമതി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ആകെ വിസ്തീര്‍ണ്ണം 25 സെന്റില്‍ അധികരിക്കുന്നില്ല എന്നത്‌ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള സത്യവാങ്മൂലം കൂടി അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം എഴുതി വാങ്ങേണ്ടതാണ്‌.
ചട്ടങ്ങളില്‍ നിലവില്‍ വ്യവസ്ഥ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളത്‌ പ്രകാരം തന്നെ, ഭൂമിയുടെ സ്വഭാവ വൃതിയാനം സംബന്ധിച്ചുള്ള അപേക്ഷകളില്‍, Baling: 50സെന്റ്‌ വരെ ആകുന്നിടത്ത്‌. ചട്ടങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ അനുബന്ധമായുള്ള, ഫോറം 6-ലും, 50 സെല്‍ അധികമാകുന്നിടത്ത്‌ ഫോറം 7-le അപേക്ഷ സ്വീകരിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്‌.

കുറിപ്പ്‌- (1) അപ്രകാരം സ്വഭാവ വ്യതിയാനം വരുത്താന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ഭൂമിയില്‍ നിര്‍മ്മിക്കാന്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ തറ വിസ്തീര്‍ണ്ണം 3000 ചതുരശ്ര അടിയില്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ ആണെങ്കില്‍ അപ്രകാരം അധികമായി വരുന്ന ഓരോ ചതുരശ്ര അടിയ്ക്കും 100/- രൂപ നിരക്കിലുള്ള ഫീസ് കൂടി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്‌.
കുറിപ്പ്‌- (2) 2017 ഡിസംബര്‍ 30-290 തീയതി വരെ ഒന്നായിക്കിടന്ന ഭൂമി, അതിനുശേഷം തിരിച്ച്‌ 25 സെന്റോ അതിനു താഴെയോ വിസ്തീര്‍ണ്ണമുള്ള പ്ലോട്ടുകളാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കില്‍, അവയ്ക്ക്‌ മേല്‍പ്രകാരമുള്ള സൗജന്യം ബാധകമല്ല. അവ ഒന്നായി കണക്കാക്കിയാണ്‌ ഫീസ് ഈടാക്കേണ്ടത്‌.
